If an item is damaged, defective, or not of acceptable quality, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund.
If you believe an item is faulty, you must contact us at outerstreetsbiz@gmail.com within two weeks of your purchase. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to find a resolution in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
